License Agreement

VB2000 (or WinVB2000) is a licensed program and use of this program implies acceptance of the terms of the license as following:

No licensee will redistribute the source code or executable file to a third party in original or modified form without the written permission of the principal authors (Jiabo Li, Brian Duke and Roy McWeeny). The licensee has no ownership rights in the VB2000 software or in any copyrights of the VB2000 software or documentation through this license.

Publications resulting from using this program will cite VB2000 as given in the documentation.

No guarantee is made that this program is bug free or suitable for specific applications, and no liability is assumed for any limitations in the program.

License fee is currently waived for non-commercial use.

Registered users may receive limited support via email.
